The Big Gift – American Dream with Personal Delivery

Some gifts do not arrive by post. For a milestone birthday, a graduation, a farewell from a company, or simply because a person deserves it, BERLINEON has an edition that is handed over by a person: American Dream, €1,111.11. This page explains what is in it, who it suits – and who it does not.

What is included

American Dream is not a single frame but the whole system:

• One BERLINEON frame with all interchangeable lenses. Sky blue, green, magenta, violet – every combination in the collection can be assembled from this one set. Whoever needs calm today and momentum tomorrow swaps the lenses.
• The capsule case in aluminium and Saffiano leather, where the lenses have their place.
• Personal delivery with travel across Germany. John brings the eyewear himself, explains the lenses, adjusts the frame.
• 1:1 Hero Coaching with personal training and breathwork – the handover is the first appointment, not the last.
• Access to the Masterclass, the online video course on the Hero's Journey, and the roadmap printed on canvas for the wall.
• V.I.P. status with all future updates.

All of it is handmade in Berlin, the frame is hand-numbered, the lenses carry UV400 protection from Berliner Optik Werk. The edition is limited – a collector's item, not a series.

Who it suits

People who want everything at once and have earned it. These are the occasions this edition is made for:

• The milestone birthday. Forty, fifty, sixty – a gift that lasts an afternoon instead of a minute.
• The company gift to one person. For the founder who carried the business through the hard year. For the colleague leaving after twenty years. A frame with a handover says more than a voucher.
• The couple's gift. Two people give each other a day on which someone comes and explains to both what color does to perception.
• The new beginning. After a separation, after recovery, after moving to a new city. The coaching is the part that stays once the frame has long been in its case.

Who it does not suit: people looking for sunglasses to drive in, or surprises where nobody can say in advance whether the recipient even wants an appointment with a stranger. The handover is the core of the gift – if you would leave the core out, a single frame from the buying guide is the better choice.

How to arrange it

1. Write before you buy. Via the contact form, briefly name the occasion, the city and a time window. We will say whether the appointment is feasible before any money changes hands.
2. Order. In the shop, with Stripe or PayPal. Shipping is included in this model because it is not shipped but brought.
3. Plan the handover. At home, at the office, at a party – John travels within Germany. In Berlin the appointment can usually be arranged at short notice; for other cities we plan a few weeks ahead.
4. Arrange the coaching. The first appointment is the handover. The recipient schedules the following ones – the gift belongs to them, not to the giver.

The alternative: Hero Session for €333

If you want the handover but not the whole system, the pricing page lists the Hero Session: a single frame plus personal 1:1 coaching, meeting in Berlin Mitte or within fifty kilometres. That is the smaller gift with the same core – a person who comes.

Questions we often hear

Can the handover be a surprise? Yes, if the giver organises the setting – a party John joins, for instance. It is better to let the recipient in once the date is fixed.

What if the color does not fit? With American Dream the question does not arise: all lenses are included, and at the handover you try them together.

Is it available outside Germany? Travel is included for Germany. For Austria, Switzerland or further away, please ask first – we will say honestly what is possible.
